Make your Mojito healthier by making sure its fresh mint in your drink and not flavoring. Flavoring contains way too much sugar alone. AVOID! Also, I have personally ordered sugar free mojitos which taste the same as a regular mojito which is great. Same taste, less sugar. Ask the bar tender next time if possible.

i had NO idea sangria had that many vitamins in it, I gues because it does usually contain fruits that it would be healthier. also, I dont know about calories, but red wine is usually very good for u, and its good for your mental health. Now I want one! Also vodka and soda water is good (no sugar) thanks for posting girl!
