Yup, drop dead gorgeous 23 year old Megan Fox! This photo was taken of her back in 2006.. wow.. what surgery time will do! Who cares right?! Beauty is beauty, surgically or not. Natural or not. If she did get stuff done, she went to the right doctors. She definitely got a “Charge” type of job. She is still one of the top 10 most beautiful amazing women in Hollywood!
What the surgeons say…. Dr Samayin says,
“Megan has also undergone a rhinoplasty and judging from her earlier photos, her nose has been re-shaped, slickened and sharpened. It’s unclear whether or not Megan has undergone two rhinoplasty procedures, which is possible considering her nose is quite a world different than 2005, but one procedure has definitely been brought to fruition.”

She’s gorgeous now, was gorgeous then. Post-op gives her a nice sultry soulful feel, but pre-op she was still very pretty
I agree. She was beautiful before. No one becomes famous & doesnt change SOMETHING. Just a simple make-over by a professional hair stylist & make up artist can completely change your look.

I knew it! Yea she got a nose job, but I agree with everyone above, she was beautiful pre-op.
She has this dark mysterious aura about her that I think men find superrrrrrrrr sexy. Well besides her killer looks of course. haha.
She’s still smoking hot today, dont care too much for her, but I think shes beautiful and has a more interesting look than other actresses

Makeup, hair, and age probably have a lot to do with the way she looks. Her eyebrows darker and that can drastically shape someone’s face. I still think she is gorgeous! And the hollows of her face probably is owed to the tons of contouring powder she has on, whereas in the other pic she barely has any makeup on.
