Sophia Bush is pissed! And honestly, I am too! The One Tree Hill star posted a well worded letter to Urban Outfitters about one of their graphic tees that says “Eat Less”. Although Sophia is a tiny girl, its nice to see her upset about a world wide company promoting unhealthy eating habits. I’d fully rock a shirt that says “Eat More”. I love food!  A bacon hamburger wouldn’t hurt the model. Sophia went on to say that she will no longer shop at their stores.

To promote starvation? To promote anorexia, which leads to heart disease, bone density loss, and a slew of other health problems, not least of all psychological issues that NEVER go away? Shame on you. I will no longer be shopping at your stores. And I will encourage the tens of thousands of female supporters I have to do the same. I have fought to boycott BP. I never imagined I would also be boycotting affordable fashion.

Ms. Tyra Banks posted her tribute to the late, great Alexander McQueen on her blog earlier this week. Of course, the photos came out amazing but I’d like to see her in the lobster heels and fish dresses. She teamed up with Andre Leon Tally and the cutest little girl ever. She steals the photos for me. Too cute. Tyra explained her inspiration for the shoot.

It’s old royal fashion meets new royal looks designed by fashion royalty. McQueen had a flare for the dramatic and a love for fantasy. I would like to think that he would have loved these photos.

I think he would have loved them too. Thoughts?

Keira Knightley is Elle’s latest cover girl for its March issue. I used to hate this chick, basically out of pure jealously. I mean, look at her. F’ing too gorgeous for her own good. And the pout she does, that should be patented, bugged the hell out of me. But since my hatred does not bring anything positive what-so-ever, I’m glad to say, I’m a fan. Got to give props to a girl who can still catch your eye while on screen with both Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom. I love the pants (or shorts) that she’s rocking on the cover. I want. I need. Gimme. Ms. Knightley speaks about pepole saying she can’t act, her newest projects,and why people who speak the truth are who she wants around.

You have to be selective about the people whose advice and opinions you take. I know [my parents] would never tell me I was shit because they were trying to hurt me. It would always come from a very sincere place.

In one of my previous posts, I told ya’ll what InStyle had named as the best dresses of the decade. Well, some of you agreed with me that they did a terrible job in deciding who was best dressed. Here’s my list. I did get a few from your guy’s comments, so thanks in advance. Theses dresses are monumental and had a huge impact on fashion, as well as pop culture. It’s a shame InStyle forgot ALL of these.

Of course you can’t leave out Gwyneth Paltrow in Ralph Lauren and Jenny from the block in Versace.

These gowns were huge! Remember those South Park homies each wore a version of the dress to an awards show. Gwynie became a fashion icon after wearing this dress. And a bonafide superstar, winning her first Oscar. And J.Lo…well you all remember that dress! I would go see it at any museum if it was on display. Why isn’t it yet?!?!

Why hello there Miss Kate! You look awfully cute at the premiere of your new movie “Nine” (which I’m dying to see, cause I still don’t buy it you can sing). But I’ve seen this cute look before….hmmm.

Well first, there’s the blonde, braided hair. Looks familiar.

Of course, the big cheesy grin. Me gusta.

Then there’s the white strapless dress. I’ve seen it…but where?

Oh. That’s where. Yup, knew it looked awfully familiar.

Of course the TLD has had its moments in ripping apart celebrities gone bad, but I fully know each and every lady does it with class. This blog is fashion based, we rant on bad fashion.

But for every other news media outlet, I have been fed up. I am REALLY tired of turning on the local news and the leading story is Tiger Woods crashing his car. Give me a break! Obama is sending way too many troops to the Middle East, Toyota’s and Lexus’ are having a major recall where the cars will accelerate without the driver hitting the gas. Yet, we are bombarded with celebrity gossip, who’s broken up, and who was caught drunk in Hollywood last night.

This is the LOCAL NEWS!!

If I wanted to hear about any of this, I’d watch TMZ. (Which I don’t.)

I feel extremely bad for Tiger Woods. The media is having a field day ruining this guy’s reputation. Everyone has their bad days. Do we really need to scrutinize every movement of these HUMAN BEINGS? A human being who actively works for charities, including his own that promotes parental involvement in children’s lives?  Sure, some say that’s the price of fame. But did Princess Diana pay that price by being killed in a car accident while being chased by the paparazzi?

We love hearing who’s dating who, who’s wearing what, but I really think that we all have forgotten that every one of those public figures are real people who makes mistakes and aren’t perfect, just like you and I.

Let’s give everyone the benefit of the doubt and not drag people through the mud.

Hey, wear something ugly, I’ll get ya!

Sure, this former friends is super casual on her way home from turkey dinner, BUT she looks so damn good doing it. Makes me want to find some jeans and rip some holes in them. I’ve always been a huge TEAM ANISTON fan, and every-time I see this beautiful woman looking classy at 40, I become a bigger fan.

Also a fan of her Salvatore Ferragamo bag. Tres Chic!

Oh! If any of you have a seen her on the cover of ELLE magazine a few months back, I highly recommend you to read the feature article about her. She a great role model for every woman. I would love to be like her when I’m her age. We all have that one person (particularly a male-friend) who’d we like to see us at our best on a regular basis. She is the spokesperson for this movement of independent women making it big without needing a man. Eat your heart out Mr. Pitt.

Wow.

I don’t really understand why people are saying her album sucks. It’s not even out yet. If any of the other songs are ANYTHING like this, it will be an amazing album. I am obsessed with this song, and now this video. It is visually stunning! I have never seen Rihanna like this. I love it. Its real, dirty, dark, gritty, and you can feel that it’s really her. I’ve long been an advocate of TEAM RIHANNA and this just makes me want to run for president of the movement against Chris Brown and domestic violence.  She looks great and the ankle boots she’s wearing turn me on in all the right ways.

Do it big girl.

Oh…and was it me or is the guy with the gun she’s sitting across the table from that new hottie from Grey’s Anatomy? Kinda has a little CB to him. But much, much hotter.

I have had it up to my 5 foot 8 inch frame with news about Lindsay’s downward spiral. Brittney times 20?

I’m fine with someone being unproductive and running a muck, but when that someone also “enters” the fashion world, child, STOP!

First we had to see boobies galore in her hideous attempt at “creative directing” Ungaro’s Spring 2010 line, but now our eyes have to suffer with her modeling new line of leggings on a stripper pole? Someone needs to send this girl to rehab, for a couple years.

I do admit, some of the leggings are cute. I wear leggings at least twice a week.

Serious time now. I am sending positive vibe Miss Lohan’s way, and you all should too. I hope someone in her family, or maybe even someone of authority, can help her get her life straight. “Mean Girls” is a classic chick flick Lindsay, I’d love to see more of you like that.

Zoe Saldana popped in this perfect Giambattista Valli outfit in Japan for the premiere of her new movie “Avatar.” Not one bit interested in this movie, but I am becoming a huge fan of Miss Saldana’s style. This dress is beyond perfect. I’ll say it again, PERFECT. The color, the tucks, the ruffles, the length! The shoes are to die for too. Although, they look sooo much better than what her arm candy is wearing (YUCK!) Its cool, he’s still sexy.
