We’ve told you guys about the Half Moon Manicure before. It takes a spin on the sometimes boring French Manicure. If you’re wondering how to get this look without paying big bucks, I found a good tutorial video on how to do it yourself!
With Karl Lagerfeld and Cocacola, and every other brand endorsed drink- it’s not a surprise that Perier has a new face on their limited edition collabo drinks. Dita von Teese will appear on these limited edition “Paparazzi” bottles and cans this Summer. I wish I could get my hand on one, she is gorgeous!
Wondering what this is? I first saw this more sophisticated style on Dita Von Teese and then on models for Dior, Ruffian, and Thakoon. The eclipsed moon manicure is a style from the 40’s where the moon has been flipped. I absolutely love the look and this has gotten thrown to the top of my DIY. More photos behind the cut along with the “how to”. What do YOU think about this?
We all get pretty shocked when we see tabloids with photos of celebrities without make-up. Some look fabulous and sometimes even better without make up, and some…well look like a hot mess. No denial in the fact that a lot of these celebrities have some of the best in make-up, and make-up artist’s, which most of us don’t. They also have top of the line skin products, which is even more important then make-up sometimes. Anyway, I found an early photo of Megan Fox (without makeup and possibly without surgery ) which shocked many of our readers. I found another great photo of a celebrity with no make-up. Can you guess who it is?
We showed you guys the cover for Dita Von Teese in Bazzar, but here are the official photos. Wow does she look amazing or what?! She is so angelic. Loving the fashion choices for this shoot.
Beautiful Dita Von Teese depicted both a sinner and sait for her December’s Harper’s Bazaar Russia cover. Wow, she looks amazing. Loving the whole Virgin Mary look. . Dita also has said she does not use a stylist. She does her own make-up, and dyes her naturally blonde hair black at home.
After all that the paparazzi have put all these celebrities through, I feel like it’s never enough for the law to come in and start doing something about it. Whether the celebrities get angry or not, it’s just too much, and it’s become almost harassing to the stars. But then some people will argue that this is the price of fame, and this all comes with the package of being famous. Some celebrities can choose to stay indoors and avoid hot spots, true.
It recently happened to Dita Von Teese, who was furious after a pap told her ” pose you f*cking b*tch”, which upset her of course. Dita seems to be the last one to react to such rude behavior, but one must behave themselves-especially when in public. I know I could NOT handle this at all. I would probably break their face if anyone were to harass me like that…which is why I’m not famous to begin with. So by laws, I mean permits you need to get in order to be a paparazzi, laws that deny paparazzi’s from posting up at Celebrities homes for days, following them, recklessly photographing them, etc.
Do you think the paparazzi has gone too far? Do you think there should be restrictions and laws? OR is this the price of fame?
