Plie:
- Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, arms at sides, toes turned out.
- Tuck tailbone under and contract glutes.
- Lower body into a pli squat as low as you can go without allowing knees to creep past toes.
- Simultaneously raise arms to shoulder height in front of body, palms down. Hold for 2 seconds, then return to starting position.
- After 20 reps, pulse at the bottom for 20 seconds.

Chewing gum definitely has its benefits of fighting bad breath. It’s recently been found that chewing gum can also help with weight loss and increase the ability to learn. Studies were conducted and it was found that in an hour you can lose 11 pounds by chewing gum alone. This is insane. I will be chewing non-stop from now on. Lets get on our gum chewing game women. Being the more than occasional healthy eater that I am, I felt like sharing a few of the yummy snacks I munch on when I need a quick bite that will keep your weight down as well as your hunger.

One of my all time favorite snacks on the go has to go to Special K strawberry bars. SO DELISH and at only 90 calories a bar you most definitely cannot go wrong. It makes me happy to buy these yummy things at Cosco in bulk. These are a must!!

I don’t know about all of you but as summer approaches I always start to trip about just how good, or bad, I’m going to look in my bikini this year. One solution that I’ve found to help prep my body for the beach is the ever so handy Nivea Good-Bye Cellulite, Hello Bikini! Challenge.
