Whether you like the girl or not (it’s pretty hard not to), you can’t deny the fact that she has a bangin’ body and a unique style. Here she is wearing this skin tight rubber palm tree dress in New York. And for those of us who can’t (or won’t) wear rubber dresses, you can get a similar look in this Sunset Palm Dress by Motel here.

It looks like the latest trend in fashion is to be patriotic and sport your flag. Me, you couldn’t catch me dead in an American Flag bikini- not because I’m not proud of my country, but I just can’t do it. I imagine Hulk Hogan rocking an American Flag bandanna, not myself. Katy Perry was looking fly in her UK/USA dress for the World Cup game on Saturday.

I unfortunately did not get a chance to watch the awards, so I don’t have that much commentary, but here is a round up of what was worn on the Red Carpet. Any favorites? Dislikes?

Katy Perry’s dress had LED light ups.. cute or cheesy?
From Marcesha, Valentino to Dior, many of the ladies at the Costume Institute Gala looked absolutely fabulous..some not so much. Here is a round up if you haven’t already seen ! Worst dressed: Katy Perry, Kristen Stewart and Maggie G. Just was not working for them! Favorites included Eva Mendes, Jessica Biel and Clare Danes.

Here is Katy Perry at the 27th Annual ASCAP POP Music looking gorgeous in Manish Arora from the Spring 2010 collection. What really caught my eye were her light up Jimmy Choo sandals (love them).

Ciara did WORK! The Grammy’s are still in progress but I had to make my list because the fashion was just too amazingly outrageous for me not to put my two cents in. (Which I seem to always need to do.) Here’s my list! And I’m sure some of you will think I’m crazy, so I’m more than prepared to argue my cases. Take Ciara, sure, some may see this as a hot mess, but I love it. Very Gaga-esque but still works for her. She looks phenomenal. The details are so dope. I’d love to see this Givenchy concoction in person!
See the rest of who made my cut, after the jump. And remember, this is the Grammy’s. Anything goes!
Christopher Kane’s Gorilla dresses and tees had everyone talking. The newest affordable (and by affordable I mean $298 a shirt) collection atomic wares has got to be my favorite. He has collaborated with NYC retailer Opening Ceremony to produce the unisex atomic bomb and mushroom cloud print tees and dresses, and they are available at a fraction of the price of the luxe originals. The images are inspired from test explosions in the 50’s and 70’s. Also spotted wearing the atomic shirt was Katy Perry (under the cut).
