Ciara did WORK! The Grammy’s are still in progress but I had to make my list because the fashion was just too amazingly outrageous for me not to put my two cents in. (Which I seem to always need to do.) Here’s my list! And I’m sure some of you will think I’m crazy, so I’m more than prepared to argue my cases. Take Ciara, sure, some may see this as a hot mess, but I love it. Very Gaga-esque but still works for her. She looks phenomenal. The details are so dope. I’d love to see this Givenchy concoction in person!
See the rest of who made my cut, after the jump. And remember, this is the Grammy’s. Anything goes!

Here the complete collection of photos from the February 2010 edition of W Magazine featuring Rihanna. Dope! Photographer Craig McDean took this one, and she was styled by Lori Goldstein.
On her fashion sense: “My stylist Mariel Haenn and I always try to do something sexy but never too girly—we always try to put a little toughness in there.”
On never once wishing herself back in Barbados, living a quiet life: “Oh no, I never fantasize about that. Because if I were back there, I know I’d be fantasizing about all this.”

In one of my previous posts, I told ya’ll what InStyle had named as the best dresses of the decade. Well, some of you agreed with me that they did a terrible job in deciding who was best dressed. Here’s my list. I did get a few from your guy’s comments, so thanks in advance. Theses dresses are monumental and had a huge impact on fashion, as well as pop culture. It’s a shame InStyle forgot ALL of these.
Of course you can’t leave out Gwyneth Paltrow in Ralph Lauren and Jenny from the block in Versace.
These gowns were huge! Remember those South Park homies each wore a version of the dress to an awards show. Gwynie became a fashion icon after wearing this dress. And a bonafide superstar, winning her first Oscar. And J.Lo…well you all remember that dress! I would go see it at any museum if it was on display. Why isn’t it yet?!?!
Check out the rest of my list after the jump.
Think I left out anyone?

Here is Rihanna, rockin’ that hideous hair-do to the VEVO launch party in NYC. Every time I see a photo of Ri with that do, I think of Zorg from the Fifth Element. Anyone agree? Can she just stop trying to be damn eclectic and and keep something going for more then a week?

You can’t deny that these Oragami peep toe shoes by Diego Dolcini are amazing just to look at. Rihanna was rocking a very similar shoe (hers has the front design) at her album signing at the Best Buy in NYC. If you’re craving the same look, be prepare to spend a fortune. These bad boys go for $919 here.

If you were wondering what some of the celebrities were wearing to the 2009 American Music Awards, here are some of my favorites:

Selena Gomez was wearing a silver metalic mini dress from the Talbot Runhof Spring 2010 collection.

Shakira was looking gorgeous (as usual) in this yellow mini-dress from the Versace Spring 2010 collection.

My favorite was definitely this cut out dress from the Marchesa Spring 2010 collection, which reminds me of these paper snowflakes.

Fergie was rockin’ this strapless dress from the Armani Privé Fall 2009 collection, which was my least favorite, but still looked nice.
