I haven’t been to Payless for a while, but there are many reasons why I need to go back. I used to be a huge fan of their flats, and their definitely getting cuter. I don’t think I’ve ever owned a pair of strappy heels, just because I think it would be difficult to put on and take off, and I just never figured why I should even bother.
