Ok, so studs are definitely the hot sh*t right now on shoes. The Stud flats from Louboutin are hot! But these sandals? They look like a cheap pair of hooker shoes. What do ya’ll think? I don’t even think it’s the studs that throw the shoes off, it’s the fact that they’re clear! No thanks, louboutin’s or not!

Pauline and I made a much needed stop at the nail salon last weekend for a pedicure and manicure. My favorite moment of this was when we left and Pauline was sporting the paper sandals with paper towels weaved between her toes. We laughed because these sandals are the most awkward thing ever, who thought up these things! You’re basically walking like a duck with every step you take. Had to toss those things as soon as we made our next stop.

Though I really enjoying buying everything in black - I have a soft spot for nude shoes. I especially love nude heels and wedges. If you don’t have super long legs like myself, it just gives the appearance of your legs running a little bit longer than they really are. Summer is just around the corner and I will be investing in a good pair of heels or wedges for the season. The above Swoon Hummus are by Stuart Weitzman and can be purchased here for $298.

I’m not sure if any of you remember, but I was fiending for this pair of YSL heart thongs recently, and I was about THIS close to pulling out the credit card and spending nearly $200 on them. Good thing my conscience kicked in (rarely happens), and told me to wait it out and spend that money on neccesities like food and water. Good thinking. A close enough knock off came out, not nearly as cute, but still reasonably cute. Since I’m sure $200 for a pair of sandals isn’t in any of your budgets, save the dough and grab a pair at Oh Deer shoes has an alternative that is currently on sale for $59.99 at Piperlime.
