I don’t know what it is that draws me into Victoria’s Secret, especially when I don’t need to buy anything. It might be all the bright colors, the huge posters of scantily clad women, or that I have a shopping problem. Either way, lace bras are at the top of my list because summer is just around the corner and my favorite kind of bra to wear is one that lets the girls breathe and still makes me feel like a special lady. The wide band on this bralette is extremely comfortable. Perfect to wear with a wife beater on a hot summer day. Get yours here for $18.

OK, maybe not today, but just on time for Valentine’s Day! Who wouldn’t want a killer body, right? Well, what’s better than following a few simple tips from the gorgeous Victoria’s Secret model Selita Ebanks. She shares part of her secret to maintain a healthy perfect body. Forget spending tons of money on plastic surgery and check out her natural secret here.
Enjoy!

It turns out that this year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion show tons and tons of make-up was used on the models arses. Yup! While many ladies were watching the show, jealous of their close to perfect bodies, and cellulite and dimpleless asses, it turns out they were actually kind of fake! One of the models told New York Daily News:
“It’s all about creating the illusion of this amazing body on the runway. People don’t realize that there are about 20 layers of makeup on my butt alone.”
Ebanks said the body makeup takes an hour to apply, plus hair and face makeup, which takes three to five hours. An average of five people works on each of the 38 models.
Well ya don’t say? When there isn’t a chance of photoshopping, there is always pounds of make-up. Does this also mean that their might have been some airbrushed abs on the runway too? Way to be realistic, but honest.

I am not usually the lipstick wearing type of girl, I prefer lipgloss. I just have never had any luck finding a lip stick I really liked, especially because most of them are matte. I recently found a lipstick I am in LOVE with at Victoria’s Secret, called their “Perfect Lipstick”. And that’s exactly what it is, perfect. It has the perfect amount of shea butter and vitamin E, so that your lips stay hyrdated and moisturized while you’re wearing the lipstick. Another plus about it is it stays on for at least 4 hours (now that’s with a night of drinks, food and fun). The color I chose is called “Hot Spot” which is like a bright fuscia/pink- LOVED it! So if you’re looking for the right lipstick, go on over to Victoria’s Secret for their Perfect lipstick, it will only cost you about $12.

Lingerie… you can either spend the hundreds of dollars at your boutique or V.S, or you can be like me and spend $15 at Target. Anyway, Victoria’s Secret is going way beyond anything we’ve ever spent on lingerie. V.S made their 2009 version of the Victoria’s Secret Fantasy Bra, costing about $3million Dollars. The bra also has a heart-shaped 16-carat champagne diamond dangling from the Very Sexy Convertible bra. It has a total carat weight of 150 carats and sells for $3 million. The bra will be on display during the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on December 1 on CBS.

Who knew Victoria’s Secret offered such fabulous and affordable shoes? I certainly had no idea! I get the catalog, but I never really bother with it. I always assumed it just contained bras and panties…items I only really purchase on an as needed basis.
But when I received my catalog today, I started flipping through it out of boredom, and what did I find? Well, these gorgeous booties for one:

I love the zipper ruffles, and at only $89, they are practically a steal!
Need more proof of the fantastic shoes that await on the Victoria’s Secret website? Check these out:

These sequin booties are a perfect way to glam up any outfit.

Hardware is a major trend this season, and these fit the bill perfectly.

The stitching on these pumps make them more stylish than the normal pump. They’re perfect for the office.
I feel as though a whole new shoe shopping world has been opened to me. And the site carries other brands, like Guess, Jessica Simpson, Betsey Johnson, and Harajuku Lovers.
So, while I’m not a huge fan of buying shoes online, I’m definitely going to give the site a chance. Now I just need to decide between the zipper booties and the sequin booties. But at less than $100 each, maybe I’ll snag both!
