I was wondering why no one was wearing Alexander McQueen at the Oscars. I would have if I was invited. Haha. (I dream big.) Anywho, Salma rocked in at the Vanity Fair party in one of McQueen’s creations from him Spring 2010 line. I just want to be able to touch one of these dresses. They look as if they defy gravity.
Oh and heads up fellow McQueen lovers. His last collection is scheduled to debut tonight at Paris Fashion Week. Of course, TLD will be all over it and get you the info we can. However, rumor has it, no photos will be allowed of the new collection. Might be pissed if they don’t let us see it.

My personal favorite (and best dressed in my personal opinion) goes to Rachel McAdam’s. Although she did seem a little bit under the weather when promoting, she still was my favorite! I LOVED her choice of dress with the gown from the Elie Saab Spring 2010 Couture collection. Well done.
This dress got a lot of mixed feelings and thought’s, but I personally fell in love with it. The color was on point, she was glowing! Although yes, the rosebud’s look like two hands grabbing her hoo-ha’s, it’s a fab look and I completely give it a pass! This similar dress is from the Christian Dior Spring 2010 Couture collection.
Cutie patootie Mila Kunis was rockin’ this gorgeous, strapless black dress from the Vera Wang Fall 2010 Collection to Vera Wang’s LA boutique shop opening! Nicely worn, looks great! Not so certain about the shoes though? Thoughts? I’m just not a big fan of wrap up heels.
My favorite hipster hot mess, Kristen Stewart was spotted at JFK airport wearing the Ray Ban Wayfarer II’s in the Crystal/Gray fade color. I have never been able to do two toned sunglasses, especially in clear, but I’m kind of starting to dig these!Grab a pair of your own here.
The Marchesa Fall 2010 Collection had to have been one of my favorite’s for the Fall 2010 lines. I think many others can agree with me too. Camilla Belle celebrating renowned fashion house Marchesa at Cecconi’s Restaurant, February 28, 2010. Camilla wears a white off shoulder dress with ruffled neckline and feather detail and carries a Karung corset frame clutch with hand beveled quartz crystal clasp. She finished the look with her Christian Louboutin’s, looking absolutely fabulous!
Oh girls… when will they ever get along? Courtney love called out Lily Allen after this years BRIT Awards because the English singer wouldn’t allow for her to wear a Chanel dress. Allen has an exclusive deal with Chanel and chose to enjoy this by being the only lady donned in the French label. On Absolute Radio, Love continues on to say, “…that’s lame, because I remember J-Lo had a lock out on Valentino one year but she shared with me.”
Can’t win them all can ya? Though the Hole front woman came to the Awards show looking like she just rolled out of bed, I think the Miu Miu dress was fab. I love the whimsical look of the Miu Miu Spring Collection, but I’m not quite sure it suits Courtney. Closer look at the detailing of her dress, and face, behind the cut.

I’m a little late this one, but better late then never because this is a gorgeous dress by Lanvin! Michelle wore this to the NYC premiere of her latest movie Shutter Island (go out and see it). Beige ruffle trimmed mini dress. A heavy ruffle sits on the single shoulder that sits on the right hand side. A zip fastening runs down the left hand side. A grosgrain ribbon defines the high waist. I hate to say this, but I debated for a good 15 minutes on whether or not to title this post “Fug or Fab” or “What the Hellz”. This William Tempest dress does not do Leona Lewis’ body good. Your prettier than this, lovely. I get it though. Fashion is getting edgier and edgier and Leona is just trying to keep up with Gaga, Rihanna, Beyonce, and Fergalicious. She really doesn’t need to. She has an amazing voice and shouldn’t take attention away from it with madness like this. Positive note: her face looks flawless. Below is the Spring 2010 dress from William Tempest’s line. Bleh.

Ok I know, I know…what’s new, Victoria is basically sponsored by Christian Louboutin, and like catching me in my target flip flops- it’s gonna happen. These are a wee bit more special then the rest though. Well first of all, their absolutely gorgeous, and second of all they are covered in Swarvoski Crystals and retail for around $3,595. Ha! These were a collaboration shoe with Phillip Lim of 3.1 Phillip Lim and Scottish designer Jonathan Saunders for the Fall/Winter 2009. Go figure!
